Viewing the Schedule
When you log in, you’ll start in the Scheduled View, which provides an overview of your current and upcoming work orders.
Key Features of the Scheduled View:
Current Work Orders: Displays all scheduled jobs for today and future dates.
Past Jobs: Accessible via the "Past Jobs" tab, where completed jobs are listed by their scheduled date.
Each job entry provides:
The name of the customer and grower.
Contact details, including phone number and site address.
The status of the job (e.g., pending, scheduled, or completed).
Tip: Use the three-dot menu on each job to:
Edit the work order.
Duplicate it for similar tasks.
Delete it if no longer needed.
Creating a Work Order
Creating a work order is straightforward and allows you to capture as much or as little detail as needed.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Click the "Create Work Order" Button: This starts a new work order form.
Enter the Required Fields:
Proposed Date: The expected date of application.
Customer Name: Enter or select the customer’s name from your database.
Grower Name: Add the grower’s name. If the grower is the same as the customer, check the "Same as Customer" box to copy their details.
Once these fields are complete, click Save to schedule the work order. It will immediately appear in your job list.
Reviewing and Editing Work Orders
You can revisit and update work orders anytime to reflect changes or add more details.
How to Edit a Work Order:
Locate the job in the list.
Click the three-dot menu and select Edit.
Key Sections to Update:
Work Order Details:
Enter a third-party work order number if applicable.
Upload any supporting documents to make them accessible in the field.
Adjust the work order status (e.g., pending, scheduled, started, completed, or canceled).
Application Timing:
Proposed Date: Gives an approximate timeframe for the application.
Scheduled Date and Time: Specify the exact date and time once confirmed.
Expiration Date: Set this if the work order needs to be completed within a certain timeframe.
Applicator Assignment:
By default, the creator of the work order is assigned as the applicator.
To reassign the job, select a team member from the dropdown list.
Click Save after making changes.
Adding Customer, Grower, and Site Information
Detailed customer and site information ensures clear communication and accurate records.
Customer and Grower Information:
Fill out the name, address, and phone number fields for both the customer and grower.
If the grower’s details match the customer’s, check the "Same as Customer" box to save time.
Application Site Information:
Name the application site and provide its address.
Alternatively, use the map feature to:
Drop a pin at the location.
Draw boundaries using tools like polygons or circles.
Adjust the map’s view by dragging it or enabling location services for auto-centering.
Add multiple sites by clicking Add Application Site and repeating the process.
Adding Chemicals
Work orders integrate with the TEIS Label Database, making chemical selection quick and accurate.
How to Add Chemicals:
Type the chemical name to search the database.
Select the correct item from the list to auto-fill:
EPA number.
Active ingredients.
Enter the application rate and choose the appropriate units (e.g., gallons, pounds).
To add additional chemicals, click Add Chemical and repeat the steps.
Adding Additional Details
Capture additional job-specific details to enhance record accuracy.
Site and Conditions:
Specify the commodity to be treated, proposed acres, and spray rates.
Include any required re-entry intervals (REI) or pre-harvest intervals (PHI).
General Information:
Use the free-text box to record notes or instructions specific to the work order.
When everything is complete, click Save to finalize the work order.

Managing Work Orders
After creation, you can manage work orders as needed:
Edit: Update details as conditions change.
Duplicate: Create similar work orders for recurring jobs.
Delete: Remove outdated or incorrect work orders.
Export: Download the work order as a PDF for offline use or sharing via email.
