Possible Causes:

  1. The pump might be clogged and thus is not able to spin.

  2. May be a bad pump motor.

  3. Wire Harness to the pump has gone bad or is corroded.

  4. Spray Board that is located on the back of the spray tank is bad.

  5. Main wire from the drone to spray board has gone bad or is corroded.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Make sure the pump(s) are not clogged. This can be done by disassembling the pump and inspecting the impeller.

  2. Check wiring for corrosion and make sure all wiring are fully plugged in.

  3. If you have multiple drones, try swapping the full tank assembly with another drone to determine if the issue is with the tank or with the drone. If the problem persists after swapping the tank, proceed to step 5C. If the issue is resolved, continue to step 3 to troubleshoot the tank.

  4. If only ONE pump is having this issue:

    1. Swap the wiring from the other pump to the faulty pump to see if the issue is the pump motor.

      1. If the pump doesn't work, replace Impeller Pump Motor .

      2. If faulty pump does work, then the pump is not the issue. Next try to replace Impeller Pump Signal Cable.

    2. If replacing the Impeller Pump Signal Cable does not fix the issue, the next step would be to replace the Spraying Adapter Module. This is located on the back side of the spray tank.

    3. If replacing the Spraying Adapter Module does not fix the issue, next replace the Spraying Signal Cable.

  5. If BOTH pumps are having this same issue:

    1. You can start by replacing the Impeller Pump Signal Cable.

    2. If Impeller Pump Signal Cable doesn't fix the issue, next replace the Spraying Adapter Module.

    3. If replacing the Spraying Adapter Module doesn't fix the issue, next replace the Spraying Signal Cable.

    4. If replacing the Spraying Signal Cable does not fix the issue, then the problem is with the drone and not the spray tank.

      1. Will need to replace the Spraying Module and/or Cable Distribution Board Module.
