Boundary Mapping Overview
Boundary mapping provides efficient, accurate imaging for fields without obstacles. Follow these steps:
Access Boundary Mapping: Tap the top left corner, select modes, and choose "Route Mapping." (Note: RTK is required.)
Set Up:
Define your field and select “Boundary Route” in task settings.
Tap “Add” to mark boundaries (limited to 33 acres per flight due to RC memory).
The drone will map the boundary, avoiding the middle.
Pre-Task Check:
Confirm GPS signal, radar, and task settings.
Set "On Signal Lost" to “Return to Home.” (This is an FAA requirement).
Execute Mission:
Slide to start. The drone processes images during flight.
Wait until processing completes, then use the map for field planning.
Boundary mapping is faster and captures fewer photos, enhancing efficiency.
