Boundary Mapping Overview

Boundary mapping provides efficient, accurate imaging for fields without obstacles. Follow these steps:

  1. Access Boundary Mapping: Tap the top left corner, select modes, and choose "Route Mapping." (Note: RTK is required.)

  2. Set Up:

    • Define your field and select “Boundary Route” in task settings.

    • Tap “Add” to mark boundaries (limited to 33 acres per flight due to RC memory).

    • The drone will map the boundary, avoiding the middle.

  3. Pre-Task Check:

    • Confirm GPS signal, radar, and task settings.

    • Set "On Signal Lost" to “Return to Home” (FAA requirement).

  4. Execute Mission:

    • Slide to start. The drone processes images during flight.

    • Wait until processing completes, then use the map for field planning.

Boundary mapping is faster and captures fewer photos, enhancing efficiency.
